Send the exact amount you want added to your AmForward account balance.

AFTER YOU SEND THE PAYMENT


Zelle payments are not credited automatically. After sending the payment, open a new ticket through our CONTACT page.

Enter Zelle payment sent in the subject line. In the message body provide:

  • the amount you sent
  • the inbox number of the account to which the payment should be credited

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE CREDITED?


Payments must be credited manually. During business hours, you should typically expect your payment to be credited within one hour after AmForward receives your message and verifies the payment. It may take several hours during busy periods.

Payments sent outside of business hours will be credited to your account on the next business day.

AmForward will notify you by email as soon as the payment is credited to your account balance.
